Sunshine Cano’s work philosophy is rooted in the belief that if you give a person a fish, they eat for a day, but if you teach a person to fish, they gain skills that can last a lifetime. She values building meaningful relationships, listening with intention, and walking alongside individuals as they navigate their unique journeys. Empowerment, self-advocacy, and creating opportunities for growth are at the heart of everything she does. Sunshine believes every person has strengths worth building on and is passionate about helping individuals develop the confidence and skills needed to reach their goals.

Sunshine lives in St. Paul with her family, including her cats and dog. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, experiencing art, spending time in nature, and playing Nintendo Switch.
