About Rachel Docken:

Rachel serves as an Occupational Communication Specialist because she loves to work with people. In her previous role, she worked as a substitute teacher and paraprofessional and she loved to watch the students grow successfully, embrace their self-confidence, and develop social skills. That is when she knew she wanted to pursue a career with MEC to continue her passion with serving and advocating for the Deaf, Deafblind and Hard-of-Hearing communities of the Twin Cities.  When not working, Rachel enjoys watching horror movies, playing Pickleball, involving in any outdoor activities and spending time with her dog, Pearl.
