About Josh Novak:

Josh is passionate about working with and supporting Deaf, DeafBlind, and hard of hearing individuals, who make up the community he belongs to in the world of employment. He has more than 10 years of experience in warehouse work, including forklift operation and packing for FedEx, Amazon, and Target. His background gives him a strong understanding of how businesses operate and the types of accommodations needed on the job from firsthand experience. He was also an NTID/RIT student and trained as an accounting technician. Outside of work, Joshua enjoys creating manga, playing video and card games, and spending time outdoors with his 3‑year‑old dog, Casper.
