Jenny Jacobsen (3J) is an Occupational Communication Specialist (OCS) dedicated to supporting the Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing communities. Raised to value compassion over transaction, Jenny brings a deeply relational approach to her career and has 7 years of experience in talent acquisition. From studying Family Social Science to immersing herself in Deaf culture at Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C., she bridges the gap between hiring managers and candidates with optimism, realism, and absolute authenticity.
