Having worked in the electronic publishing and graphic design field for many years, Gretchen DelFratte, made the tough decision to pursue a new career in the medical field. She works as a distribution clerk at St. Cloud Hospital filling medical supply orders. The hospital made some accommodations to communication with Gretchen which ended up paving the way for two other people who were Deaf to be hired.
